The Mobile Harm Reduction Unit Program is meant to combat the rising opioid epidemic in our Fredericksburg area directly.
Within this program, we have a three-prong approach.
1. Reach people in our community through education and awareness
2. Provide Narcan directly to those in need of its life-saving ability
3. Spread the hope and love of Jesus Christ.
Through education and awareness, we hope to fight the stigma surrounding addiction in our community. We want to equip and empower as many individuals and businesses with Narcan. Our goal is that every first aid kit would be equipped with Narcan in the event of an emergency.
